Have neck problems. Disc in are all in ruins. No fix except a steel rod inserted lossing 50% of movement. Rejected this idea. Read about the cherry juice. Decided to try it. Cannot believe it. Totally out of pain. With the exercise I do I can now play in pickleball tournaments.
